We just had a new furnace installed and one of my asks was for Wi-Fi thermostats (4 zones). Our installer recommended these and we LOVE them. We travel often and no longer have to wonder if we turned the heat down or if one of the kids came to visit and didn't turn it back down. Already saving money! Love that we can preheat or precool when we've been away. We were also eligible for a CL&P rebate program and just received 100$ gift cards for each thermostat!!

I love being able to control my home temperature right from my phone and not having to walk up and down the stairs a bunch of times if it gets too hot or too cold. The app works perfectly and had no problems connecting or getting started and it's really simple to use. It also displays the temperatures inside and out as well so no more window thermostats needed!

WiFi Enabled Thermostat? Yes please!

Very happy with my T6 Pro Smart thermostat! It has intuitive scheduling in the app for daily or vacation settings, very easy to program with easily understandable directions.

Peace of mind while away from home.

My contractor installed the thermostat (upgraded an older one).  Very easy to use with the Resideo phone app.  I never really touch the thermostat, just adjust everything from my phone.  I have it turn on to different temperature settings automatically during the 24 hour day.  Very pleased with this thermostat.  Very reliable too.

Very reliable and easy to use Thermostat

Easy to work with. I also like the app only downfall is the geofencing we had to stop using it because when my husband signed up with the app and he would leave but i was home it would change to away mode and even after uninstalling my app and redoing everything it would still go to away mode while i was home.

Decent basic touch screen

I love this thermostat I can don't have to get out of bed to adjust the temp in the house at night all I need is my cell phone one click and that's it. I also like that you can set it so the back light stays lit so you can see what the temp is in a dark hallway without turning on a light. It has so many useful features.

So many useful features

Big display, easy to adjust, the app is clear and easy to use. Minimal instructions necessary. Makes climate management simple. Especially with my work schedule that changes so much along with this Texas heat. Also the Apple Watch app is an amazingly convenient. Less than 5 seconds to change the temp and I don't even have to stand up from my desk or look for my phone.

Easy to use, apps for phone and Apple Watch.

Works, but very poor in reporting real-time energy usage. It take 78 hours (if you've lucky) to see your "run time". This should be all-but instantaneous.

Runtime status lacking

So I was very excited to get this thermostat set up.  My first stumple was trying to figure out the correct app to download.  My user manual said one thing, the app store another.  Still not sure I have the correct app.  I am using the honeywell one, but my manual says lyric.  Honeywell website not helpful in its clarification.  Phone call a waste of time.  Figured it out w the help of my plumber, but they were confued too

Very confused

The Residio/Honeywell Server went down.  This took away any “smart” functionality away while we're traveling on business.  Might not seem like a big deal to some, but we do have pets at home.  We're on day 3 right now and we keep getting emails it's still down.  In my opinion, it's not worth the extra money as it's unreliable.
