I wish the black cartridge was bigger like other printers. Its half the size of previous printers I've purchased.

Don't know if it's cause it's a substitute for Epson or what but I can't get the inks to flow and this is not the first time I filled my inks but it is the first time I bought an off brand.

The description is not clear that this item will not work on Epson printers due to a new firmware release which apparently happened over a year ago. I was in need of the pink ink and this one was the only available ink on Walmart at the time. This is the first time I tried using off brand ink. The company (Prosix) did reach out to me to confirm if the cartridges didn't work but we've shared over 4 emails back and forth trying to prove it doesn't work. DO NOT BUY THIS!!
