My favorite band is a band from Japan called HANABIEand every time I do a Meet & Greet with them, I always get a signed poster that I MUST frame in a beautiful frame! Same thing with the big tour posters and the bonus posters that I get from ordering their newest CDs from certain retailers. Every time I need a frame for my HANABIEposters, I love ordering from ArtToFrames because there's a ton of color options, basically infinite sizing options, and very reasonable pricing for the type of business they run! I love it when I get the 10% off coupons in my email about every second order I place. Those really make me feel like a valued customer even though I've never spoke with an employee at ArtToFrames. Better than Expected!

Size and colors are perfect.  Delivery took a little longer than I expected but of course I ordered 8 frames during the Christmas rush.  I'll do a better job planning next time.  One of the frame's glass was broken due to damage during shipping which was quickly responded to by ArtToFrames customer service.  This is my first experience with this company and it certainly won't be my last.  Simply delighted!

First but not last

Art To Frames provided me with great satisfaction with my purchase. I have one minor complaint though: the small package with the do-it-yourself hanger kit was missing the saw tooth hanger that you hammer onto the back of the frame. I prefer that over the hook and wire set-up. Luckily I had a saw tooth hanger at home. Other than that I was very pleased with my purchase.

It arrived with the glass shattered. I have ordered several frames before, and they all came with the glass shattered. I ended up having to buy just the glass to replace it. I think the frames are absolutely gorgeous, so it will not deter me from ordering more frames as needed, but I wish you could pack the frames better with added protection so the glass doesn't shatter in transit.

Beautiful frame, but...

Disappointed. As I explained in an email today, upon opening the box and carefully extracting the frame we ordered, shattered glass spilled out. We are returning the frame for replacement, and hope the packaging will be more protective.
