I love these! They are a great size and look fantastic on our bathroom shelf. They look like real plants. Better than I expected and fast shipping too!

Faux succulent plant with planter

As soon as I picked up my package from outside my door, I knew something was off. I heard something no one wants to hear when they're receiving something breakable: a rattling noise. So I began to record a video of everything, from the sound it made when moved, to me opening the package from start to finish. The packaging was in no way appropriate for protecting my items; all three items were in plastic thing that had no closure, and there was no bubble wrap nor paper to prevent movement during shipment. The rattling was plastic bits that were removed from that plastic thing that "held" the items, as if they were just thrown in like the box was for trash and not something someone had purchased. Thankfully, all three items are intact; however, one has some sort of gunk around the edge. I'm not sure if it's manufacturer error, or it had gotten dirty by whomever sent this... but I am not pleased. I'll be cleaning it up and thankfully will still be able to use these, but I'm so disappointed in how carelessly this was packaged. As someone who sells things online, I know how to properly pack breakables, but also, I know how important it is to put care and effort into proper packaging. If you don't care, you have no business selling.

It's a miracle nothing is broken!

Plants are cute, but they did a terrible job packaging something as fragile as ceramic. One of the pots was broken to pieces.
