These folders are great for the many loose papers that are covering my desk and in my backpack. The different colors helped me put together a filing system for my classes. The three prongs in the middle of each folder are pretty strong. I've had folders before that had prongs that broke after two uses. The pockets on each side of the folder can hold a good amount of paper! I need folders that will last me through the year and these are definitely it!

10 Folders!

These folders are a great addition to my office organization. My son also will be using these for school as well, as they have tow pockets and brads, just like the school list always requires. These colors are so fun! I love the tea best personally, as it is my favorite color. The shades are unique in my opinion, as typically the classic primary colors are what you get in folders. The yellow is more mustard colored, which I personally really like. The folders are plastic, so they will not tear or rip like the paper folders we had when I was a child. The 10 pack is great because it comes with two of each color, which is great for organizing. Also, when you buy in bulk the price is amazing! These folders are great and the only ones I will use from now on for my back to school needs, and my office needs. I am very satisfied with the product. The folders do no take up a lot of space, so that is great as well. I would recommend these folders to anyone. Especially for young children, who are rough and tough on things like my school aged son.

Every year I buy paper folders to replace previous ones that were ripped or gotten wet etc. I use a lot to keep up with important documents, carry along to appointments and store receipts or other items I don't want to fold. The fact that these are plastic, 2 folder AND 3 prong, I should be set for a very long time if not indefinitely, when it comes to folders. Comes in a variety of colors, which further helps if I'm referencing/assigning any one particular item to it.

No need to buy more.

I currently have 4 kids and I feel like there is no such thing as to many folders. Although only 2 of my kids are currently in school, my other children still use these to store their "art work" and pictures they have colored. In the years my kids have attended school, I've come to learn that the paper folders never hold up very well. These folders are made of poly, so they are extremely durable. The material these folders are made of also make them water resistant, which is great because I've had my child's water bottles leak in the past, and it helped protect their papers from getting damaged. These folders come with both prongs to store papers and also 2 pockets. This pack comes with 10 folders to the pack and the folders come in a wide variety of colors (2 blue, 2 red, 2 yellow, 2 aqua/light blue, 1 purple and 1 pink). I love the endless uses these can be used for. My kids use them to school papers, pictures they have colored or just to have a safe place to put notes that me and their teachers exchange. Me and my husband use them to store important documents, tax forms, owners manuals and even to store local menus for restaurants. There are so many uses for these folders. Overall, I am completely satisfied with these folders and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Great Pack of Durable Folders

The Pen + Gear 2-pocket folders come in a package of 10 assorted, very pretty, colors (2 of each blue, red, yellow, aqua, and purple (one light and one dark)). They are 9.4” X 11.4” in size. There is a pocket on each side of the folder with a 3-prong holder in the middle.
I can think of many applications where these folders are useful, especially if you are carrying them to appointments. I was using heavy paper folders but quickly become dog-eared to say the least. These plastic folders are more flexible, so I can put more papers in them, and they will hold up to a lot of use without tearing or looking shoddy and unprofessional.
One of my uses is to take to client appointments. I can use one side for handouts, the other for client information, and insert information sheets in the middle for reference, secured in the three prongs. The only thing you may need to buy is a 3-hole punch to go with the folders.
I really like these 2-pocket folders and plan to replace all of my existing paper folders with them.

Perfect to hold assignments for class or notes

My kids needed pocket folders with prongs. The ones I got were torn and worn in less than a month. I needed a better solution and found these. These are made out of plastic and reusable. Everyone, even the teacher, wanted these. They are like regular folders and do their job well. Since they are plastic, they are easily wiped clean with a damp cloth or wipe and the are good as new. Permanent markers work well for labeling but anything else doesn't stick making them keep a neat appearance longer. When it rained on them, they used these folders to shield themselves from the rain between the car and the school we were volunteering for. When we did a nature hike, they used them to protect themselves from the sun, thorny brush, and rough sitting rocks. Some ended up with a few scratches but still very useful. I think these are going to last us a long time.

I received the Pen + Gear 2-Pocket Poly Portfolio with Prongs, 10 Count for free through the Walmart Spark Review Program. I am a grandmother of 3. I have twin grandchildren in preschool and I don't like the paper folders as they need to be replaced more than once throughout the school year. Also, I am a person who likes to color code everything. I love that I was given a colorful assortment of 10 folders to choose from and review. I was excited to receive and review these Pen + Gear 2-Pocket Poly Portfolio with Prongs. Each folder contains 2 pockets and prongs. The prongs are great to hold loose leaf papers and the pockets hold any 8 1/2 x 11 papers that you do t want to have holes in. So, initially I chose the orange folder to house my grandson's medical and school papers. I was disappointed that not even 3 weeks after using for a small amount of papers the bottoms of the pockets split. This happened also on the purple folder. To say the least I was very disappointed in the quality of this brand of Pen + Gear 2-Pocket Poly Portfolio with Prongs. I do not recommend this product.

This is pretty flimsy, but plastic photos are better than paper folders when it comes to durability so I will be using these for school. They hold up a nice amount of papers, probably not more than 80 papers you can't put stickers on these to make these cuter. They really do just get the job done for the cost.

They get the job done folders

Arrived ripped, Walmart would not send a new one without me going to a FedEx to complete a return. Would cost more in gas and my time for going to FedEx to process a return for a $.35 folder rather than ordering a new one.
