I purchased the power steel 13.91 x8.2 x39.5 pool set . It was the best thing I did this summer . It is easy to install In less than 45 minutes, since the pandemic hit and we couldnt go anywhere it was the best thing to do. It included the ladder and filter and pump no accessories such as maintenance kit. This I had to purchase seperatly. After setting the pool up it took anout 45 minutes to fill it up. Initially I read that the pump does not work was not sufficient enougb to keep the pool clean, but since my neighbor had a biggger pool and is more experienced guided me about how ro keep the ph from using clariyer to bleach to maintain the water clear. I can tell you if the water begins to turn green just clean the pump with the hose add some bleach power and run the pump for 12 hour or overnight it will clear the water . The pump that it comes will not be good to use to vaccum the pool , good thing for me my neighbor had a new one not being used I use this to vaccum the debris that accumulates at the bottom every mow and then . I have not changed my filter yet since purchasing it in april 27 2020. I sinply run the house through it to clean it out , and teust me the pump works great despite sime people saying rhe pump isn't sufficient enough. Anyways this was alot of fun some friends and family wanted to buy it and they were sold out . I hit it just in time early April. We are still having lots of fun I myself my sons my mother and friends are still enjoying it. I hipe it will hild up for next year .  It not that difficult or high maintence , this is my first time . Only thing I wish  that was build into the pump is a timer. Customer sercice for Bestway is not easy The maintenance kit I needed and tried tonpurchase through bestway , it took them a month to get back to me . In the package  it comes with a coupon I tried using it to pirchase the maintenance kit , when they finally hot back to be the price was way higher despite me speaking to some representative that called me and the shipping fee was almost same price if not higher than the price of maintenace kit; therefore I was force to purchase one from walmart instead. Despite this I am a very happy mom to have purchased this pool would highly reccommend .

30 min setup claim is a joke. Instructions are terribly simple as well. But there are a lot of YouTube videos that make it really straightforward.  If you prep the space and set it up right, this is a great buy.

Would not buy online from Walmart again. Should have done more research for many reasons. After being delivered I called Walmart to see if I could return (unopened) they said yes. Borrowed a truck to return, got it to customer service where they told me I couldn't return it there. After getting a permit, and realizing we HAD to put up a fence (more $$!) We put pool up. Don't believe their 'reach out to us if you have any issues', they're unreachable/%26/or ignore you. This valve was crimped/squashed--they didn't care. There is NO way someone could put this up in 30 min fyi or imo do it alone 2 people min, 3 preferably. Ladder is shaky %26 insufficient, pump will probably be inadequate. I 🙏 we get several years out of this pool after the amount of money, work, %26 irritation involved.

Shop around, buy in store, read reviews!!

I ordered an above ground pool, a three-year warranty, a pool cleaning kit, and a pool cover - almost $1500.  I received the cover and cleaning kit but not the pool.  After being given several delivery dates, the freight company said it was a “no freight” pick up, meaning there was no pool to pick up when they arrived to get it.  I cancelled the order and returned the items I had received.  Walmart has only refunded a little over $1000.  I don't know why I didn't get a full refund and will be contacting them about that.  All in all, a very disappointing experience.

Poor quality，I purchased this pool in March which is on sale.But it was so cold then I installed and tested it at the end of April.After the installation was completed, it was filled with water and found that it was leaking.
  Contact the customer service of Wal-Mart, he said I need to find the seller to negotiate, i did, but the seller told me, I need to talk with the manufacturer about the product issue.
  Very bad experience.I know I missed the return deadline.I should have bought it from Amazon or Costco. my bad...
  This product comes with a couple of leaky patches, but they don't work.I ended up going to the homedepot and buying leakproof tape to fix it.But it's a little ugly.I paid a thousand dollars, but I got a defective product.
  Finally, the cover does not cover the pool completely, leaving a part(1/5) of the pool exposed.
  This should be the last time I shop at Walmart.Good bye

item came damaged

The people who Walmart hired to put up. Showed up on time and pool didn't show up until 5 hrs after they left. Now the shipping company is charging me 200 dollars to ship it back. When I refused it they came and dropped it in my driveway. Which I hurt my back getting it in my truck to ship back. I should not have to do this. I paid extra to have it set up so no stress. Now nothing but stress and bad back. Amazon would of been a better source.
