This helmet fits my husband's head perfectly. It could easily fit a teenager also since it has a dial on the back of the helmet that you can adjust easily for a tighter fit around your head. This feature makes it easy to get a custom fit. The chin straps are easy to adjust also. It has a plastic buckle that clips both straps together. It is both lightweight and sturdy on my husband's head. He said he doesn't even feel it besides the chin straps, but even those are still comfortable when he's wearing it. There are four padded velcro strips attached inside of the helmet for added comfort on the top, front, and sides of your head. These velcro strips can also be removed. This helmet is well constructed. The outer layer is plastic and the inner layer is foam. It has 16 flow-through vents on the top of the helmet that help cool you down on hot days. The detachable sun visor works great blocking the sun from your eyes. It also looks cool while wearing it. The visor is easy to snap on and off. The color of this helmet makes it easy to match other riding gear. It is easy to wipe out and clean this helmet. The only downside to this helmet is if you have long hair you can't have it in a high or medium ponytail, it has to be low for this to fit comfortably and safe.

Great helmet

Schwinn is known to be a quality brand. I've owned two bicycles in my lifetime and I currently sport a teal Schwinn helmet the matches my bike. My husband was really excited when I surprised him with this Schwinn outlook adult helmet in black. Inside, there is a plastic band that can loosen or tighten the helmet. There are also thin strips of padding that are attached with Velcro so they can also be removed. My 10 year old wanted to try it on so I took pictures for reference. He was able to tighten it down to fit his head. My husband is 6'1 and the helmet adjusted to fit his head perfectly so no matter the head size, it can be adjusted to fit properly. The chin straps are very comfortable and easy to adjust as well. It clips together with a plastic buckle.

Quality product

I like to cycle a few times a week. It is lightweight, and sturdy, and was easy to adjust to my noggin. I was surprised and pleased at how comfortable and natural it felt to wear. I had worried it would be either cumbersome, or heavy, or otherwise uncomfortable. To be completely honest, I hardly notice I am wearing this at all.
Now, I can ride, with good peace of mind, and a good model of responsibility and i feel comfortable and confident in this helmet, to protect me should it be needed.

Helmet fits my head perfectly!

I received the Schwinn Outlook Adult Bike Helmet, ages 14+, black carbon as a participant of the Spark review program. I have never had a helmet that is adjustable and I really like it. Makes sense as they really shouldn't be one size fits all. After I tried it, my daughter who is an older elementary child, I could adjust it to actually safely fit her too. 
Proper helmet fit should allow 2 finger widths above each eyebrow according to hospital standards. The Schwinn Outlook helmet allows for this to happen as long as the chin straps fit properly as well. It was a great idea to create this design!
The visor is removable too. I was concerned if I were to fall it might not bend or break safely if she fell but once we discovered it could simply pop out with a little force and easily pop right back in she actually said, “Mom this deserves 5 stars.” I agree too. This design has the air vents along the top of the helmet so your head won't get too hot and it doesn't seem to compromise safety for this added benefit. 
Overall I highly recommend the Schwinn outlook adult helmet. It is an excellent product with great benefits that offers stylish protection!

Stylish, excellent protective, adjustable helmet

Color

I have had this bike helmet for myself for years and I love it so I got it for my 3 kids who are now all older teenagers and needed bigger bike helmets.

This bike helmet is adaptable, with a dial in the back as well as the chin straps to adjust for different sizes.  It fits snug so feels secure and safe. It's light-weight and the color matches the photo.

Safe, adjustable bike helmet

We've had this helmet for a week, and so far, it has proven to be a comfortable, sturdy helmet. It says adult on packaging, but fits a teenager, too. Our only regret has been that we picked a gray color; turns out the preference was for a white or pink one :). We use it for a regular, leisure urban park bike ride, and for that purpose the helmet does the job perfectly. Not sure it will work for more rugged mountain biking or something of that nature. Some quick pros we've noticed so far: decent ventilation, light weight (important for us), good/tight fit. Cons: none really, the only thing is the wrong color we picked. 

Overall, for the price, it offers the best value out there, it seems. We looked around, but couldn't find anything of comparable quality that beats it…

Great helmet, overall

I am enjoying my Schwinn Outlook adult helmet. It is visually appealing without any crazy designs
 It is also sturdy, well built, fits nicely with the adjustable knob to size the helmet and sits securely on my head. I feel very safe wearing this helmet while biking and am happy with this product. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new helmet.

Great Helmet

my daughter unfortunately can't wear kid sized helmets. This fits her perfectly rather
It be for riding in her power wheel truck, her bike, four wheeler, or taking 
Cover during severe weather. It fits snug , and the straps are adjustable around 
Her chin. She's fell of her bike several times, and not the first dent in
 the Hemet , or first scratch on her head. Its been dropped in gravel, gravel, and mud too. Still no cracks
, dents, or chunks missing. 
Over all , great quality! Durable!

The helmet was okay for the price. The style didn't end up appealing to me all that much. But it was a decent quality for light non aggressive bike riding.
