Gorgeous color!  My husband is quite good putting things together, and he had only a few issues.  He wasn't familiar with back brakes but figured it out.  Love the cup holder and the phone holder, too!  If you're looking for a bike, we'd recommend setting up an email notification.  We thought we'd ordered this bike once before, but it was canceled the next day.  The website also showed two bikes in stock in a neighboring town, but when we immediately drove there, they acted like we were crazy.  Order online, get free shipping and be patient.  This bike is worth waiting for.  Good value.  We did have to add tire to both tires, so be sure and check that.

Love my Kent Bayside Cruiser! Wish it would allow me to order another online for my dauther, but it says in-store purchase only and i cant ever seem to find another one in store.  Everyone that rides with us always wants to ride mine because it is a much smoother riding bike than all the others. Best COVID-19 purchse.

I am a Walmart associate. I bought this Kent bicycle so I could get some exercise and ride the bicycle to work. My husband is the mechanic and he said the bike is okay for a low end cheap bicycle. he said these bikes from Walmart are not put together well and things are over tightened and have cheap parts. these bikes are okay for someone just wanting a basic entry level bicycle that you don't have to spend an arm and a leg on.. he said be prepared to make a lot of adjustments since things are over tightened and not put together properly.

This cruiser bicycle certainly has a captivating aesthetic. However, a closer inspection quickly reveal that its beauty is unfortunately only skin deep. 
The most significant problem  was with both wheels, they arrived noticeably bent, rendering the bike unrideable straight out of the box. It was evident that the damage occurred during packing, likely due to excessive tension from zip ties used to secure components. This wasn't a minor tweak; both wheels required a trip to a professional bike repair shop.
It does not end there, there are other quality control issues , such as  the flimsy mudguards, showing  signs of corrosion. 
Furthermore, the seat, while seemingly comfortable, reveals its lack of refinement through visible innards peeking out from the stitching. This not only looks cheap but also raises questions about its long-term durability.
My daughter likes the design, which is undeniably attractive, but the poor quality of components and  lack of care in packaging make this cruiser hard to recommend.

This cruiser bicycle beauty is just skin deep.

I purchased this online for evening pickup. I went to the store 2 hrs before pickup to look at in in person. It had already been pulled from the floor and there were no more. I went to Customer Service to ask where I could see it and was told I needed to park outside and wait for my pickup time. I indicated for a larger purchase I wanted to see it before it made it to the parking lot. I asked where I could find it and was told that is a private, employee only area and no one was available to go get it for me. Finally, a young lady agreed to go get it so I could finalize my purchase decision. Horrible run around and rudeness from all of customer service minus one nice employee. I am grateful for her but I will no longer purchase anything from WM online due to this experience.

The bicycle is great, however the Dulles Supercenter store at Dulles Landing, VA was very unpleasant. Specifically the customer service depattment for Store №24600 @ Dulles Landing Dr, Sterling, VA 20166. The options for buying from a warehouse -- wamart.com -- and then having them ship your order%23 to the store can be frustrating. But the customer service team (cst) was demanding, rude, dismissive, and just plane unpolite. They seemed to be unsure of proceedures. When asked to get a manager they wouldn't go or call for one. I asked 4 times for a manager and after the 3rd request the (cst) huddled spoke in a language not English and told us to wait outside again. When asked the 4th time for a manager 1 of the (cst) finally left. He returned with a lead agent and NOT a manager. Diversity, especially w/in nationalities, is a highpoint in our lives and can also be frustrating. But I feel this (cst) was not ready for this job. The (cst) had troubles understanding what wamart orders %26 order %23's , pickups, and pickup time lines were put online for customes receiving purchases. No reason for a hostile defense tactics or team communixation in other than English languages. And a good  agent would know thats disrespectful. lastly, telling someone to wait outside for anything is just impolite. I escalated this even more by fileling a report with the WALMART 800 sales team.

This bike had so many issues. The handlebars would keep coming loose causing harmful fall. I ended up all scraped and bruised. The gears would shift on their own also almost causing me to fall due to pedals locking. The brakes  wouldn't catch even after tightening.

Not safe nor worth the price

We got my daughter this bike for her birthday. She was so excited. It was exactly what she was looking for. It had all the bells and whistles the phone holder or the water bottle holder the nice comfy seat unfortunately she was barely ever able to ride it because every single time she did, the chain would fall off we would fix the chain. So absolutely disappointing. $200 that we really didn't have to get our daughter something we'd hope would last so she could go out and ride and make memories with her friends. Sad.

Total waste of money! Faulty chain! Unsafe!

Got delivered from the store. Same day. Store advertises professional assembly in store as well as if you were to buy it in the box, you can purchase professional assembly separate. Had a fender missing scratches all over and no one in the store could locate the missing fender.

I should have read further down the reviews to have more awareness of the bad tires that come with the bike, and the faulty first gear. I am hoping the manufacturer will honor this purchase by sending me new tires, and a remedy to fix the first gear. Returning for my money back would be a $120 loss that I had to pay to have this bike assembled so that is not an option. That would leave me with an additional 120 assembly fee for a replacement bike. I contacted the manufacturer yesterday but have not received a response.
