Placed on tile, cleaned first then stuck on and let it dry for 48 hrs like instructions said, still holding on! Time will tell....

Works well in a rental  apt. especially when it's a small space it give an elegant look and feel to the space.  No drilling needed

So far, there are no problems. I am trying to be very careful and not let moisture build up because that would probably cause the adhesive to loosen. I have clay tile in the bathroom and did not want to drill any holes.

Does NOT hold 10 lb. Lucky to hold thin hand towel and washcloth, but it does hold that.
