My 10-year-old granddaughter wanted a big girl bike and we gave her this for her birthday. She absolutely loves it and it has given her wings!

Assembly was easy and she in fact helped my husband put it together for her. Great price and great product.

This bike is perfect for my 8 year old.  She was over having a "kid" bike and was wanting a sporty bike.  Our children helped to put the bike together.  We did use our own tools because they are obviously nicer quality.  The rear break was harder to set up in comparison to the front break.  We had it ready to ride in about 30 minutes.  Could have been ready sooner but the kids wanted to help.

7 year old daughter loves her new bike! The color scheme is the best and she's gotten so many compliments on it. Assembly needed out of the box, but it took me less than 30 minutes to put it together. The longest part was taking the protective board and tape off. I was worried about the weight of it but no issue there at all! This is her first 20" and looks to be the last. The bike seems sturdy enough for her to grow with and take a ding or two.

Sturdy, Vibrant, and Easy to put together

We bought  this bike for our 9 yo granddaughter and she loves it. It was simple to assemble and looks very sporty.

The bike itself was beautiful and well crafted; however, the contractor that assembled the bike did a so-so job. The brakes do not properly function and the alignment is off. Would recommend purchasing it already assembled if you ahead the chance and make sure the brakes are functioning properly. This is especially important if you have young children still learning how to use a bike. Malfunctioning brakes could be dangerous for young riders.

The bike came in a beat up box that had holes. The bike came partially assembled. There was no extra screws to have to use the screws that are already assembled on bike. I'm struggling getting the brakes to work properly the back ones work better than the front. Also if you pedal backwards it doesn't work as a brake.

Pretty bike

Bought this for my 8-year-old for Christmas, and while it looks nice, we've had a lot of problems with it. The brakes repeatedly slip, the back tire seems like it's out of place like the frame may have bent, and every time our wisp of a girl gets on it, something new needs to be fixed.

It is beautiful, and we possibly got a lemon, but buyer beware!

Buyer Beware

The bike had damage to the decals and frame. I'm assuming the package wasn't properly handled during shipment. There isn't enough time from time of receipt until Christmas for me to return and replace the item. I went ahead and assembled it and will gift it to my granddaughter.

Because it was a birthday present for my daughter and she didn't receive it, it arrived a week later and that's because I was calling for them to locate the product because it's lost and asking for a replacement is very deficient their delivery person and their entire product management system.

setup the whole bike for christmas upon going to use the brake the brake line snapped and the brake metal cracked in half very dangerous for a child beautiful bike but not the chance you want to take with a child riding it glad it happened in the house and not on the street. this should be recalled stop selling it!!!!!
