It was well wrapped for protection during delivery. The quality of the product. The fast delivery.

the bike is cute, but doesn't have brakes

The cycle is not so good and it's like plastic material

I ordered 2 bikes by mistake and returned one  but never received a refund

I get that it is a beginner bike but honestly pretty cheap feeling. Not even rubber tires. Think plastic little tykes tires, not real tires. Andddd the stickers are in a different language as well as the assembly instructions….so that's unfortunate.

It's a no for me, dawg

The handlebar for the bike does not tighten because they welded the piece on to tighten it in place so it can't be tightened. The seat can't be tightened because the pieces to tighten. It has been also welded on,there was no cushion for the handle bar just a plastic cover, the seat paint rubs off on your clothes, and the instructions were for another bike!so the bike is not worth anything.
