Such a reliable connection, I purchased a second card. Very pleased with the in-store service Madison, Wisconsin - Westside store. Fast and efficient service.

Great Service

ATT.com

I received the SIM kit within a couple of days of placing my order online.  It was shipped with a new phone # pre configured making it super simple to get my ATT prepaid service setup and operational. So far all functionality like data download and wifi hotspot are working great in my rural Arizona location. Setting up an online account with ATT was easy. The only thing that was a bit confusing is that even though I provided my credit card information initially when purchasing the prepaid plan, and the instructions indicated that my service would begin when the sim card was installed in the phone, I still had to provide my credit card information again to initiate service..

Calling to transfer is necessary and Tmobile did restrict the time in which I could transfer my number. This is probably a security measure, so no big deal. I just didn't know of the time restraint. 

Otherwise, I'm very happy to be back with ATT and have reliable service!!!

Back to ATT and happy to be!

I had to get more than one SIM card because the first one they sent me had a phone number that ended with 666. That's like the 13th floor of a hotel....It just shouldnt be given out without asking someone first. I couldnt live with it so I had to pay for a second one (and wait the extra time it took to have it shipped. This was the most disappointing part of an otherwise good experience.

Unacceptable phone #

I had to go into the store and the rep still had to call the call center to take the account off of “reserve” to unlock it.  Plus, when I bought the prepaid card, I did not have an option to buy the eSIM . I was forced to buy a regular Sim. I realized the eSIM was an option when I received the card. I would've preferred to have used an eSim as the first choice.

Setting up pre-paid SIM was cumbersome

Brought my phone. Saw it on compatibility list so I bought a sim and a plan. They gave me and account and a phone number and charged me for the plan. Then sent me a text that my phone was not comparable and would not refund my $300.00. Please be careful not too make a mistake, it's costly.

Not good

It took 2 weeks and about 20 hours on the phone to get my number moved from a post to a prepaid account with ATT. This are too many layers in customer service and no cohesion or consistency in the service provided. If it wasn't for your network quality, I would not have stayed with ATT.

Regrettable customer

I purchased the $40.00 online plan, and end up receiving the $50.00 plan, the website said that the sim was compatible with an iPad but once I got the sim and followed the directions it still didn't work in my daughters iPad. I wouldn't recommend if you're trying to use for an iPad. And I went to the ATT store and long story short, they couldn't get it to work either, money wasted.

Not good for IPads

The agent did not know what he was doing.  I paid an extra $10 I should not have, I still don't have data.   He could not reimburse me and could not help me set up a pin.

Worst experiece ever

I choose transfer my phone number, but in the end I changed my number, I have to contact bank contact a lot other people that I changed number. I am not happy.
