i set one up myself -- very easy, except the little snap screws took a little effort for me. my husband set up the other three. they are very good quality for the price -- nice size. i bought 4, and have yet to put dirt and plants in them. we need to prepare the location first, as they will be very heavy and cumbersome when we put dirt in them. nice tan color and look like they will last a long time. i will try these out, and plan on buying a couple more.

love these planters

We bought 2 planters, which came unassembled. Putting them together was a bit tricky, but once we figured out the first one, the second one went together quickly. The color is as shown and the structure is sturdy.

We got what we wanted.

This is a terrific item!  Great value!  It was easy to assemble and very sturdy.  Going to look wonderful in my yard!

I now own 3 of these planters.  The two that I got over a year ago and that spent the whole time out in the elements look as good as the one I recently purchased.  They are sturdy and good looking enough. I would definitely recommend this product. The assembly directions are good, but you do need to read them. It comes well packaged.

One part arrived damaged and I await a replacement piece.   I'm withholding a star because I don't know how that replacement process will end.   The customer service person took my information, sent an email report and I returned it with photos of the piece including its number.   The planters went together easily and are sturdy.   They look just as pictured.

Good product, easy to snap together

I bought 2 of these before X-Mas to paint them in white. They look nice and sturdy. Assembly was easy. However, I painted the first one with indoor-outdoor Rust-Oleum premium latex paint as recommended (no spray).  I was going to paint the larger one and I have realized that paint is starting to chip off the first one.  I have expended a lot of money and time and I wanted them to be white from the beginning and I would not have bought them if I knew it was a problem with painting them.  Before I even start painting the second one, I would have to research further what paint to use and now I doubt the results.  Now, I am stuck with a beige one and a white one that is chipping off.

Problems with painting this boxes

ordered 5 units, 4 were damaged upon receiving. Material seems flimsy and broke in shipping. Didn't want to hassle with returns, assembled and repaired units. You should pack the items better, one box was actually broken open with parts falling out.

No, I would not buy this product again

I ordered 4 of them.  the materials were so poorly made like cardboard box the plastic cracked and chipped easily and I have to glue it back.  In addition to that, the instruction was so poor and need up figuring out myself.

I ordered two of these planters. Both had broken parts. I got the return slip and shipping label fast. However, I returned them weeks ago but I didn't get the refund yet. I've purchased many products at Hayneedle without problems but this experience is not encouraging to more purchases.

THE PLANTER BOX DID NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE    YOU MISREPRESENTED TOTALLY     I HAD 3 OTHERS AND NEEDED A FOURTH      WHAT CAME DID NOT MATCH   THE DESIGN PATTERN AND THE COLOR WERE DIFFERENT    IT WAS TOO DIFFICULT TO RETURN SO I KEPT IT BUT IT IS A DISAPPOINTMENT BIG TIME

I WOULD NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT AGAIN
