Absolutely amazing product. It's heavy, but that reflects quality and stability. I looked at numerous racks at professional bike shops, and this one was a fraction of the cost. Walmart also delivered it on the same day. Highly recommended. If you've looked at a lot of other bike racks for comparison, this one will exceed your expectations.

Excellent choice!

Seems studry enough to stand up to road travel. The important part, though, is if you have a strong enough receiver hitch. When I read the instructions, it stated not for travel trailers use as most  have U bolt bumper  attached receivers. Well, dang, I thought I was going to have to return it. but after reading some on the Rockwood ultra light website, apparently, the installed receiver hitch is plenty strong enough, rated for 300 lbs. just to be safe though I'm going to keep the weight under 150 lbs. and I might have to relocate or move the spare tire. so obviously, I have not done any of this yet so I will update this review for better or worse at a later date.

Bought this for 2 E-bikes 12 Hour round trip to Galveston,TX  The bikes stayed put didn't bounce around very secure. 64 Yr old female put it together LOL. Great instructions easy to assemble.  Highly recommend!

Great E-Bike carrier

Have used it for multiple different bikes. Including a 5" wide fat tire. As well as E assist mountain bikes. So far is holding up well. Works for smaller bikes too!

Great Buy!

I was pleasantly surprised that I could lower the tailgate of my 2019 F150 after installing this. I put an e-MTB (50 lbs) on the outer rack (supposed to use the inner rack for one bike), since using the inner rack requires lifting the whole bike over the middle part. On the outer, just lift the front into the slot then lift the back into the slot. Push down hard on the ratcheting hook until it doesn't wiggle. Throw on a couple of Velcro straps for good measure and you're in your way. Moves a little looking in my rear view, but nothing concerning.

not much to say, it works, quality is very decent. can't complain for the price

The thing seems sturdy enough.  The one I got was obviously a return.  The box had been opened and resealed.  That's not a problem, but...  the little plastic cap on the hitch assembly was bent and partially broken.  It was clear that the previous buyer's hatchback door did not quite clear it (mine did).  

In addition, the parts in contained one too many flat washers and one too few locking washers, and the wire latch on one of the hitch pins didn't quite reach. Both of these were easily dealt with.

After spending the effort to assemble it, I really didn't want to return the thing.  I just wanted a cap to replace the one that was bent -- it's primarily an aesthetic thing anyway.  However, the Walmart customer service AI bot said that I had to contact "the manufacturer" to get the part.  This is a Walmart brand, so there is no separate manufacturer I can find.  I could not get past the AI assistant to a human (it refused), and it said Walmart would not send any replacement parts.  So, if I didn't want to take it down and cart it back to a Walmart store and wait for another whole thing, I just had to live with it.

I'm leaving on a trip and taking my bikes.  I can't delay the trip to deal with this.  So, I'm going to live with it.  Walmart should either provide parts on its store brands or should do a better job of examining its returned products before shipping them out.   Now every time I look at it, it makes me angry.

Used and damaged

This item arrived without the bolt or lock mechanism, which really wasn't that much of a big deal. I went to the store and bought a generic one to fix the issue. However one of the bike hooks cracked on the 2nd use when only hauling one standard bike. I reached out to customer service because we have an event we need to be at in a week. Even though they have stock at the store they are not willing to do an exchange. The most they're willing to do is do a return and in 10 days when the money hits my account I can afford to purchase a new one. Which means my child misses bike day at summer camp which is what we bought the rack for. They aren't even able to direct me where to buy a new bike hook. This item is a waste of money and Walmart is unable to offer any assistance that fixes my issue. I should have gone with purchasing elsewhere.

Walmart is unwilling to fix their faulty products:

Absolute crap. It didn't even fit our e-bikes! The design of the catches was poor and due to being stacked one over top the other, only the lower one even came close to clamping down over the bike frame. The top one came nowhere close. The bikes were able to flop around and we had to ratchet strap them down to the rack. Then the safety pin latches vibrated right out of the head of the pins! Don't describe it as universal for all bikes or that it's designed for e-bikes...it is not! We will be returning it.
