I did the cheese on the pan thing, so oil or butter, slid right off, very happy with product and am thingking of getting the whole set.

Poor  balance between the handle and pan,  have to b e  very  careful when lifting  the pan.  The handle gets hot, not as described .  Do not recommend.

The fry pan   IS NOT 9.5 INCHES  IS IS ONLY 9.25  SQUARE.  i find lit interesting that once the pan is opened you FORGO CLASS ACTION LEGAL PARTICIPATION AGAINST THE PAN COMPANY.  What all are they lying about?????

Possible dishonest supplier

Worked great for the fist few times. Then when cooking a hamburger it stuck to the bottom of the pan when I tried to flip it over.  The pan was difficult to clean after that and other foods started to stick to the pan when cooking. It now has a black section one the pan that won't clean off.

I would not buy this product again!

I tried the fried eggs - NOTHING LIKE ON TV!!! To me, it's just like a regular pan and YES, I'll use butter or oil next time. The eggs did NOT "slide" at all. I like the fact that you can use it directly in the oven. It was very easy to clean with simply a sponge.
