Very good product at a reasonable price. It's granular so liquid acid doesn't have to be handled. I just toss into my pool and it dissolves instantly.

This is dry acid to reduce pH. It arrived promptly and in good condition, and it worked as intended when added to my pool. Will purchase again!

I never recut this order !! A taped up empty box was placed on my doorstep. Called Walmart nor assistance and neither a replacement order nor a refund was provided. They said the empty box was proof of delivery. Will not shop at Walmart going forward.

The product says pH Down (That means it is an ACID)!  Then the details say: Sodium carbonate (or soda ash). That is a Base and will increase the pH! Will someone PLEASE WAKE UP! Which is it!?
