I love the features. Figuring out the various ways to make coffee was not nearly as confusing (I am 75 years old) as I thought it might be. The online video was very clear about how to set up the adaptions and has excellent usage. Excellent price and I was a bit worried Hamilton Beach may not be as high a quality but it is good materials and sturdy.

Surprisingly great

I had an expesive one that lasted less than a year and a half , this machine is wonderful  for the price , it is fast and coffee comes out how it should be HOT

I love the flexibility and the compactness of the coffee maker. I had an older version of the Flex Brew that took up much more space on the countertop. The water tank on the side makes it much easier to access than in the back of the unit. It's fast and efficient. Only drawbacks I would say are that when brewing a single cup, it splatters a lot. It's not a big problem, I can wipe it up, but my old machine didn't do that. I also noticed when I take out the holder to replace the K cup, it drips residual coffee that is in the plastic holder. My old unit never did that either. Just a couple of things to get used to. Overall, I highly recommend this combination coffee maker. I love that you can brew a cup of iced coffee and it comes out great, or a full pot or a single cup.

Versatile, easy to use and fast brewing for single

For the most part, I really like this coffee machine.  The one thing I do not like about it is that it puts 2 ounces more in than what you select.  When I select 12 oz on the pod use (not the carafe), it actually makes 14 oz, when I select 8 oz, it makes 10 oz, etc.  However, on the carafe side, it seems to make the amount you select.  I do like the fact that both needles for puncturing the pods are removable for cleaning, and it also has it's own small basket

Good machine with a quirk.

Bought to replace Keurig single cup (9yrs old).  Loved carafe but single cup stopped working and leaked after 5 days.  Have dozens of pods and couldn't use them.  Very disappointed.   Plan to return.

I like the convenience of all in one but I don't like complexness of it

Carafe arrived broken. Have to return the whole product can't just get the carafe.

It is slow and did not last but a month so for the price it's definitely not worth it it stops working and you have to buy another coffee pot

My unit arrived broken. The myg holder had broken iff but the box was not smashed or bent in any way.
