These shoes are made to go in the water which is why I bought them.  I know this isn't the original purpose but it was a huge selling point.  I bought them for someone who was recovering from medical issues that involved bandages, wounds that might cause moisture and swelling.  These shoes were similar to the ones they had that were made of leather and cost over 50 dollars.  At 17 dollars in store, water proof and light weight, these were perfect but the big selling point besides the above was the complete adjustable nature of the design.  Straps across toes and ankle with a solid structure that held securely to the foot while still being able to be loosened on more swollen/bandaged days, tightened a bit on days when things weren't so swollen was a blessing.  And being able to fully wash these, it was perfect.  I know this wasn't the original purpose, but it's been wonderful and I wanted to leave this for others that might have the same problems with medical issues that might need something like this.  Great price, so practical and so comfortable.  I would suggest a try on in store if possible.  I bought for a size 11 woman's foot, but bought a size 12 in these shoes (I believe they are sized for men) to make room for medical necessity, bandages or stability aide, and they are perfect.

More than outdoor wear and running in the water.

No more glue coming apart on these they ara stiched really nice, comfortable, and lightweight,  great for hiking and a quick jump in the drink. streams puddles no problem with the sharks.

Comfortable and provides more support than standard flip flops. Highly recommend if you're looking for a low cost, quality pair of sandals.

Great Pair of Sandals

Really good quality so far they didn't shrink in the sun today like other more expensive brands would have. Super cushy also nice bounce. They are ugly but great for watering the garden.

Nice garden Mandals

These sandals are the most comfortable I have ever had, in over 50 years. I have bad feet and must wear custom orthotics in my shoes, so sandals were simply something I couldn't wear because they just don't support my arches well enough. I saw the Rugged Sharks in my local Walmart and just on a whim, I tried a pair on, and they not only fit my feet well, they give my arches the support I need. These are great and I bought all 3 colors!

Great for the boat, the yard, and for a quick trip out the door. Best thing about these sandals is they clean up easy.

Worked really great on all of us and stayed on without slipping while we walked around in the water.

Very comfortable

I bought this style Rugged Shark water sandal in Mens size 8 black and Women's size 10 green. The Women's 10 is a tad big in the foot bed for my 10 inch long feet and had a pressure point on the foot strap that was solved by trimming the rubber that caused it. I decided to keep those. The Mens 8 were at  least a size too large for me, and are definitely too wide. I donated the Men's sandals to the senior home rather than return them. The overall construction seems good for the type sandals especially at the price paid. The soles have grip even on dry linoleum, but I can't guarantee they'd be grippy on wet lino or tile.  The heel straps don't adjust but they're padded. The toe straps and straps over the foot adjust with Velcro. Once I adjusted the straps the sandals were comfortable for around the house and patio, but the Men's were just too big. I gave 4 stars for the fact the heel strap doesn't adjust, but I would recommend this sandal if they are the right size. They should be good for outdoor and indoor use. Very fast shipping, came the next day.  If you have narrow feet, you might try the Women's version. If you have wide feet, the Men's seem pretty roomy.

The buckles on the sides dug into my ankles and created a nasty blister. adjusting them did nothing to alleviate the problem. Very poor design.
