Love this product. Best product ive ever used for a fever blister. It drys, it out, stops the itch and usually only have to use 2-3 of them per break out depending on how big it is.

This is the only stuff that actually works!  It is very hard to find at Walmart, and I have had to go to other stores and order it online, but it is still a great product,no matter where you get it from.

Cold sore relief.

I bought this product after almost giving up on products all together. I've spent so much money on tea tree oil and Abreva that it makes me sick! I used the orajel and my cold sore literally disappeared and was unnoticeable! I'll never use another product. Thank you orajel for making something that actually works. Also the vitamin L-Lysine helps from preventing cold sores---best thing I've ever bought next to orajel.

I am a 77 year old man and haven't had a cold sore since I was a teenager. When I recently go one I tried a leading brand for relief. It got so sore that I had trouble eating,
especially food with salt in it. After two days of no improvement I bought Orajel for Cold
Sores and in seconds the pain was gone and in four more days the cold sore was gone.
Great product with great results.

Works Great

This stuff will numb the cold sore but it doesn't last long and you have to do it again. Mine is a few days old and hurts really bad so maybe that's why it's not giving me much relief. I don't know but I do know I had high hopes after reading the reviews but I was disappointed to say the least.  Maybe mine is just too bad and it could be that you have to use it when you first notice the break out.
