These are USED  PS3 controllers, lots of wear and tear, and they came in wrapped in plastic, not in box at all. Good thing I got a two-year warranty, we'll see how they work.

I ordered two controllers.  One worked, one didn't.  The one that didn't was visibly beat up.  Pathetic that a huge brand will shamelessly sell and send out visibly damaged merchandise that does t work.

I got 50% of what I paid for.

The product description indicates the condition as like new, but the controller is beat up and grimy. It was packaged fine, bubble wrap and solid cardboard box. It did take a charge and appears to function.

Do not recommend

Bought two of these controllers. They are just as others have described; used and absolutely worthless.  One controller would not even turn on despite being fully charged and still connected to the console.  The other controller would not hold a charge but functioned (if you want to call it that) while plugged into the console.  But that lasted for about a minute before it began malfunctioning and the buttons stopped responding no matter how many times you pressed on them.

Admittedly, I didn't read the reviews before I purchased the controllers. But at the same time, I saw no indication in the ad that these weren't new controllers or at least refurbished ones.  And given that they were being sold on Walmart's own website, I felt reasonably comfortable buying them.  I certainly didn't expect Walmart would allow a 3rd party vendor to sell "garage sale" quality game controllers to their customers.  Lesson learned.

So please take other reviewers and my advice as well. Save your time and money and avoid these controllers like the plague.  Off brand game controllers may not be perfect but at least they work.

Never received the item and never received any communication. 
I tried contacting the seller and no one reached back. Hopping Walmart can issue a refund.

No customer service/Trying to steal money.

besides it being used.. and not New as advertised the up,down,left,right buttons are really unresponsive with a delay they ruff cleary worn or damaged the other buttons and sticks are fine first time buying a controller like this and got screwed

Controller was heavily used with a screw missing and the L3 button would activate the directional pad. Didn't come in a box, just bubble wrap. Took it to the store and they told me they couldn't take it. Talking to customer service now trying to get a refund. Do not buy from this buyer!

I thought it was going to be a brand new Sony controller. It is used in it does not work. Cannot get it to connect my system. Don't waste your time or money.
