Phone is in excellent condition with a few superficial scratches on the lease that are only visible at certain angles and lighting. Otherwise it is practically a new phone for less! Word of advice don’t use the enclosed SIM card, ting mobile is a horrible company. They canceled my service after 6 hours without explanation and when contacted, customer service refused to offer any further assistance.

Great phone

My youngest child saved her money to purchase this phone. It came in like new condition and works like a phone should work. She has had it for quite sometime now and hasn't had any issues. Unfortunately, I do not have any pics to share. She was able to set it up herself.

Great affordable phone!

My son wants to upgrade from his iPhone 6 , he doesnt like large and heavy phone, iPhone SE was a perfect choice! Its very fast with latest chip and hes so happy. Im happy because I didnt spend a lot of money for the latest iPhone compared to other new iPhone models.

This iPhone SE 2020 is in great condition! Also, it works without any problems. I inserted my SIM card (Verizon) from my Galaxy. The phone charger was included. I’m truly satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely consider this seller in the future.

Overall the phone came in a very timely manner. Upon unboxing you can find the device itself, A SIM card tool, 2nd hand charger box and apple USB charger cable. The overall condition of the item “cosmetically” speaking was in more than acceptable condition. They even went as far to apply A screen protector before shipment, which hey is a plus if you ask me. My only flaw if I had to state anything was the device I received was at.. 90% battery life internally. Which even given the year of this particular model. (2022) I'm happy over all, thank you!

iPhone SE (3rd Gen)

There is a relatively obvious scratch on the front screen that does not impede my ability to use the device. I do not have any complaints with this phone. I was able to use my previous SIM card in it, it holds a charge well, and my information copied over without issue. This a a good phone so far and an affordable and environmentally responsible alternative to buying a new phone.

Will continue to purchase refurbished phones

Cosmetics of the device could be better there’s minor scrapes on the corners but nothing to drastic. Along with refurbishing the battery life by a battery change out would’ve have been great too, but for what it will be used for it’ll work. On the positive side of things it came with a screen protector already put on it that looked magnificent!

Refurbished? More like Preowned…

It took hours to transfer info from my old iPhone to the new one.  After all that time, it didn't work.  Tried to remove my information to return and was not able.  I took it to cellphone store in Walmart and was told it could not remove information because the buttons were not working.  I went to customer service to return and was given a receipt with a tracking %23.  When I entered the tracking %23 on Fedex, it said that number did not exist.  I am very disappointed with my entire purchase.  I thought I was getting a cellphone from Walmart, only to find out it was from Marketplace and it could take up to ten business days before I get a refund (that's if I ever get one).

the only reason i gave it only 1 star is because i have not received it yet,? it says delivered on march 21st but for the past week ive been going in circles back and forth from the mailbox to the post office each time im being treated like im dumb being told things like," wait an extra day or two and see if it shows up, or check with friends/neighbors and look around the immediate area" duh! its 10 days late!!! and its showing up as delivered, doesnt take elon musk to figure out its lost or stolen and i cant seem to get any assistance, walmart can you please arrange to have it shipped to store so i can pick it up at my local walmart?  this homeless crisis we have been having for the last year has sent mail theft and shoplifting up 300 percent and whos gonna fix that? well for now im still waiting on either a replacement or a refund. my experience with walmart has actually been 5 star theyre very helpfull and you cant beat the. prices just try to shop in store only hopefully you dont have the porch pirate mail theft problems like i have

My iphone SE second generation was delivered with only a 78 percent limited capacity battery. Now I have to reorder the mobile phone or take it to a service provider to replace the battery at $69.00 charge. Other than that, the phone works as advertised.
