[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I still have the Hoover Windtunnel We bought 15 years ago. Thought it was time for an upgrade. Lighter and easier to handle and I love the swivel base. The performance is fantastic and a lot less work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this vacuum it's light easy to maneuver I love the handle that is metal, and the length is perfect for vacuuming the floorboards around the house. Some thing that grabs dust and is not easy to clean without this vacuum best invention ever is the length of the handle no other vacuum allows me to not bend over to clean the floor boards, baseboards of the house.

Best vacuum ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vacuum is very powerful, but using the wand is a little difficult. The hose is too short to manuver around the room easily, and the handle makes the wand quite bulky and heavy to use. Also, the crevise tool attachment that came with the vacuum is too short and not worth using. I have tried to purchase additional attachments, but the ones I want have been out of stock for a couple of months now.

I bought this vacuum August 5th. It was a fantastic product until November when the handle broke and would not stay clipped in place. Then the second week of November the vacuum began overheating and will not stay on despite no obstruction and a clean filter. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this product.

Great until it died 3 months later

We have owned the vacuum for about 3-4 weeks, used it 3-4 times, and there are 2 rivets that hold the handle together which broke. The vacuum didn't drop or anything, it was just from normal use.

Great idea, poor product

Do not buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this on 11/25/2022. Within a month the hose on the back started falling out randomly while vacuuming. Tonight, 1/28/2023, I was using it and the motor just stopped and it stopped sucking. I did all the troubleshooting and it still won't work. It's past the 30 days for a refund but I'm still going to try to return since this is a manufacturer defect.
