If you looking to replace your bed center support, wait , don't thing about it , this is perfect, strong and  durable, for me is perfect for. Queen size, but you can extend it to king , full you name it ,assembly is a lil  difficult but when u get it together you will happy , the frame don't get me started, sturdiness omg ,  is  worth buying .

Fast shipping,excellent customer service, and very sturdy bed frame . The instructions are not super detailed but by looking at the pictures here on Walmart it was pretty easy to assemble. I was having some issues with one of the legs adjusting to lower height so I called their toll free number and they were very nice and willing to help. My dad ended up fixing the issue by turning the leg with more force. I highly recommend this bed frame but will also need to buy a box spring or some additional support to avoid having the mattress sag. Thank you so much Malouf!!

Box was all tore up. The instructions came like a 2 year old ripped it up. I had to tape it together to see clearer. Instructions could be a little more detail than just a picture. Took us like 2 hours. One of the rails was bent. Had to bend it back to shape. Overall, I recommend it for the time being but not permanent. But then again everyone is different. My bed doesnt come with a bed spring, but Im goin to get one because I cant just do the rail alone.

I ordered this to get rid of my wooden slats. the setup was longer then 10 minutes and they give you next to no instructions for assembly and my item had some factory error and parts would not fit properly. I didn't know if I was missing things or if they were all there. but after several adjustments to the slates its actually been holding up amazingly! I love it so far and it's nice not having to take my bed off and have to fix it every week aswell no longer having to have a piece of plywood too hold the slates and bed in place. would recommend just needs better more detailed instructions and should be tested before sale.

This item did not come with all of the parts and did not include any instructions. The pieces are well made and seem very sturdy, however, there's no way to prove that without being able to put it together.

Honestly can't write a full review because I ordered this product TWO seperate times, and both times it came with missing pieces.  The first time it came with only the nuts/bolts and feet, and the second time it came with only 2 of 6 bars. So I had to return it. I don't think this is Walmart's fault, it seems that it is manufactured in China and they are not putting the right pieces in the box.  But I wouldn't order this,

Always missing items

The box was torn on both ends, instructions was ripped, and the main parts the cross rails were missing, only received 3 boxes that said Hardware Pack, called Walmart up right away and they are sending a full replacement by the 16th. Will be returning this one back to our local Walmart.  I can't say if I recommend this item till I receive my replacement. I rarely have issues with online purchases and they are always handled immediately.

Missing main parts

I would like the full refund price of this structure support system. First off one of the three middle legs were not "tapped" to screw in all the way.  My son is a plant manager and on the Labor Day Holiday had to fabricate a part so we could get the 3rd bed leg inserted and set-up for my granddaughter before school started. It does NOT support a full size mattress as it claims “replace wooden bed slats”  LOL  When we put the new mattress on  the metal frame as shown the mattress sunk. The metal pieces moved  tore my new plastic mattress protector but thank God not the mattress.  I had to go out and buy $55 worth of wood at Home Depot  to cut into slats to fit the bedframe. My son had to drill 12 holes and bought screws and nut to bolt all six support  pieces it to the metal bed frame. It was a hot mess.  So if time would have allowed I could of returned it YES. But we had NO time to return it she needed to sleep in the bed  the night before school.  
If you want pictures and receipts of what we had to do so my granddaughter had a bed to sleep in I can provide.  Please refund me the full amount. It was hours of reworking this so it was sturdy enough to place the new mattress I purchased via Wal-Mart on it.   I am a loyal Wal-Mart Customer. Thanks for your consideration. I tried several stores in MN to get this resolved but no one answers the associates line.
