TrueClot® Task Trainers are designed to simulate wound packing and demonstrate the use of advanced hemostatic gauzes with<a href="../../../../trueclot-blood-simulant-concentrate-liter-4-pack/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"> LUNA'sTrueClot® Clotting Blood Simulant</a>. The simulated large caliber gunshot wound can be packed with <a href="../../../../simulated-hemostatic-gauze-12-ft-z-fold/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">LUNA's Simulated Hemostatic Gauze</a> while flowing TrueClot® Blood Simulant is pumped into the wound using the attached 1 liter squeeze bottle. Unlike the Laceration and Small Caliber Gunshot Wound models, this Task Trainer includes a hard plastic simulated bone inside the wound. The bone insert has a simulated fracture/defect and can be easily removed for cleaning.
