my 3 years old is a little young for it but my nieces and nephews loved it! wear the wrist band sync to the cube provided and dance that easy. my 3 year old did love the lights ;)

Dance Fun!!

I love that VTech has created a toy to get kids up and moving. The preloaded games and activities for dancing were great. We havenât tried to use our own MP3s, but this is also an option. The wristbands will fit a variety of sizes from my 2 year old all the way up to myself. Itâs easy to use and my boys loved dancing with it. Great way for kids to get up and moving

I am not sure who has more fun with this.. the kids or the adults?! It is so nice to have a toy that keeps my kiddos active. They think this toy is so fun and it entertains them for a while! Nice toy to stay active!

This toy is awesome for kids who love music and/or who love to dance. This toy is fantastic and has so many different options that allow children to play solo or with a friend. The Kidi Star Dance comes preloaded with some fantastic songs for kids to dance to, but also comes with an audio-in jack, DC Jack, and micro SD card slot to allow you to play your own music through the player.
There are several different activities for children including freeze dance, free dance, dancing challenge, and the dancing academy which teaches children the different dance moves that are used in the various games.  There are several different games for children to play with one another. One of the favorite games for my kids is the motion challenge which asks kids to follow the instructions and perform the action as quickly as possible. It is pretty fun to watch my children playing well with each other, having fun, and being active. This will be a fantastic toy to have in the cold, winter months to help keep the kids active and get those wiggles out.

So Much Fun!

My Granddaughter cannot stop playing this game! My Grandson is still a little too young to play it, but he loves watching his sister dance, and does his own dance moves along with the music. I also enjoy playing this with my Granddaughter, though it can be a little hard to see with it's small screen. It is also very forgiving when you do make a mistake, as the main focus of the game is really just to have fun dancing with the lights and music. I can't wait for my grandson to be a little older so that he can have fun dancing and competing with his sister. It was very easy to set up and operate, and I highly recommend this toy to anybody with little kids or Grandkids!

Dance Party Fun!

This honestly is a really cool toy. I love how it keeps my kids active while indoors and they love learning new moves and dancing to the beat.  The interactive bracelet connects to the box and it tracks your moves while you have fun. The kids love this and I even got my husband to try it! We used it as a great family night entertainment that everyone could take turns and enjoy. Definitely give this a try with your kids.

The VTech Kidi Star Dance is an amazing fun time. We love that it can be used alone or with another person. The wrist bands are so easy to put on and close as well as take off. The interaction with the bands and how you move your body or arms and the machine reacts is a blast. The beats and music really get the kids dancing. The games are fun and they love seeing their dance score at the end. The option of connecting an MP3 player to use your own music is a great idea. We are so happy to have this. Very entertaining

This is such a clever idea. Incorporating movement with music to get kids moving is a win win! The games add some friendly competition and really is so fun! Even my 1 year old just loves the music. My 5 year old thinks it is so silly. The bands fit easily on many size wrists. I just love having a toy that gets the kids moving.

So much fun!!!

Star dance is so much fun first off my son love that he can have dance offs with his little friends, they get to learn 20 dance moves, and they get to add there own music. The lights flash to the music with they also thought was cool. This toy was provided by Vtech/Leapfrog free of charge the thoughts and opinions are all my own

Dance fun

I wish I'd have realized that the good reviews are from people that did not pay for this and were given it from vtech/leapfrog (whatever that is) but I feel that if these toys required batteries it need to be advertised and not in the small description. So that being said the box and both watched need batteries. Box 4 AA and the watches required those small round ones. Why not make these things rechargable????
