Installed original recirculating system myself years ago and decided I wanted to try to improve its performance (faster hot water in other parts of the house) by adding another valve on a branch circuit of the supply water system. But the instructions with the original device were so unclear I never felt confident that I could add the valve to the branch circuit and have it working as I hoped. I also have heard that increasingly people are using instant hot water heaters when their regular tank heaters need replacing, which mine must be getting closer to since I installed it more that 20 years ago, even though it is still working fine. This recirculating system is not compatible with on-demand hot water heaters and will become obsolete as soon as I switch to the more modern and efficient on-demand type of system. As for Walmart's ordering, delivery, and return for refund procedures, I am pleasantly surprised at how easy all of that went, and how quick the delivery was. Especially the return went very easy and I am pleased with that. I didn't have to fill out any paperwork, did it all very quickly online, and only had to drop off the product at FedEx, who took care of everthing. In fact the full refund has already posted to my credit card account just two days after I dropped it off at FedEx.
