This fryer replaced a 5 year old fryer that developed problems with the burner. This Fryer stand is sturdy and was easy to assemble. The fryer flame is a sharp blue color and required very little air adjustment. The blue flame is ideal for maximum heat when frying a turkey.

Easy assembly of the burner, boil pot and component are as described and perfect for a shrimp boil or turkey fry.

i mahe a huge crab boil and it turned out fantastic! Going to use it again in a few weeks to deep fry a turkey

this did what we needed to fry a couple of turkeys. it comes with a temp gauge to sit inside the oil. i suggest to get a meat gauge to check the meat.
