i had no contact with the seller, as it has not been needed. However. the product was well packaged and arrived on time. Product is as shown. All of the options except one were sold out when I bought though, so not sure about product availability/consistency.

I waited a while for this to ship and could have gotten this product elsewhere but thought the price was good for 100pcs. The picture of the screws said 100pcs, I only got 16. Nowhere on the site does it say 16. When I looked at specifications the qty said 999999999999 pcs sp again I assumed it was just 100
