Can not make contact with this company.Called three times but nothing but voice mail.Have left messages but get no response.All I want is a refund.They now have the wrong part they sent me and also have my money.Don't understand doing business like this.They want there money up front,now they have the part but I can't seem to get a refund.

- 3 out of 5 stars review1/29/2026Sellers communications were fine and shipping was fine but product was not as good as original. Unfortunately the screws included were not long enough-the right size for the part that goes on the lid of cedar chest had to reuse old screws in order for the part to stay on. Then the keys really take some wiggling to lock and unlock the chest, but it doesn't allow the chest to lock if a child would climb inside the main reason for replacing the lock- saving childrens lives!!julie
