We had a lot of trouble getting these beautiful lightweight and roomy nestboxes from Prevue. We talked with their Quality Control Customer Service and explained how we value these nestboxes but the darned things never arrived intact. The supervisor took charge at Prevue, talked with the Shipping Department there, and assured us the boxes would arrive intact henceforth. They did and we are very pleased with the Customer Service at Prevue for assuring well packed boxes. Not a scratch on the packing boxes and each box was well packed in bubble wrap. Thank you Prevue! And thank you Walmart for assuring a good communication with this third party seller.

As stated in my previous review, I will be returning the blinds I purchased back to Walmart. The blinds arrived in a condition that made it appear that these blinds were returned by a previous customer. The boxes were torn open and blinds were spilling from the box.

Functions well, but poor dimensional communication drove extra work to modify existing cutout to properly install the unit. Not Kert IT's fault either, hence 5 star rating.Honestly

I would have given 5 stars but 1 of the blinds out of the seven I purchased did not have the Wand to open and close the slats. I had to repackage and return the blinds along with having or order another entire set of blinds.STEPHEN

I would appreciate if you can just send me a brand new cart so I don't have to dissemble the current one and discard it since almost all parts are useless. Before they charged me for the guitar and shipped it, they contacted me to make sure I knew the guitar was blue. Because the Walmart website did not state the actual color, they wanted to be certain I was okay with that. I saw that it was blue in the picture on the Walmart website, so I knew that's what I was ordering; however, I thought it was very thoughtful of them to check with me. Very pleased with this seller, not only because of that experience, but also because the guitar shipped quickly and was perfectly packaged.Kim

The packing and the product looked like they had previously been returned and repacked without proper inspection. For example: some tags (labels) were missing in some of the chair legs. When assembled, the chair legs look weird as they did not perfectly fit. On top of that, it was too expensive to return. It cost me about $176 for two chairs. The customer service was good and the return was fast.Patricia

I received the mailing package completely in tact and handed it to my son who excitedly tore into it. But then his joy turned into utter disappointment and heart break. why? because all they shipped was an empty game box. No game inside. I called walmart and got a refund as they were unable to replace the item and i had to go elsewhere to get the game. its not the inconvenience of an issue with the product or having to go out and get it elsewhere (i live in a small town and stores with these games are almost 2 hours out). But what upsets me the most is that someone thought it was grand to ship the empty box to a chronically ill child and goes to sleep at n...Krystal
