I've purchased several purses from this seller. They always come beautifully packaged. Love that they are real leather %26 have storage sleeves which is a real plus for storing quality leather goods when not in use.

The seller sent me the wrong color bag. I ordered the bag which is entitled Eye-Catching Gray. The ad picture shows a medium gray colored bag with lighter gray trim and labels. What I received was a medium gray colored bag with darker gray trim and saddle colored tags. The color combination I received was NOT a choice in the online ad. I have to assume my original color choice had been discontinued and what I received was a replacement. I would have loved to be notified of the change and the online ad needs to be updated!!!

My one wish is that this bag be designed with a longer or adjustable shoulder strap. Most shoulder bags fall a bit lower and at first this was cumbersome feeling-too high on the side. Got over that, but if you are asking, I am telling.SoHappy

The only problem is there are a few small dents in the smaller bag and the wallet has a dent from being packed on the inside of the larger bags. I have not contacted the seller and don't plan to.
