I'm writing to share an update regarding my recent order. I'm happy to report that the second delivery went smoothly. The first time I placed this order, it was marked as delivered but I never received it. My mail carrier was quite funny about it—I apparently "raised so much sand" about the missing package that they personally walked it to me! I also learned that Dove has changed the formula for all of their deodorant products.

Seller scammed me. Sent the 72H (advanced) formulation. It's not the same product, smells horrible, I don't want it and never did. I ordered the 48H formula. Don't trust sellers who give me the burden of dealing with their sloppiness. And probably done on purpose because the 48H formula is harder to find.

It was like a 1st grader wrapped it. What kind of crap are you guys pulling. I’m returning this crap and never buying from you again. I wish they had an option of negative starsJeffrey
- 1 out of 5 stars review8/9/2025I thought I was getting a new pack of deodorant, but that is not the case. The item sent to me seemed to be used. How do I know? It came in a partial Axe box with the top open but covered using a "Dove" box. It seemed that someone else had used this, then returned and the seller decided to resell this (without any indication on the website that this is a returned item). This happened not once by twice. I thought that the first time was a mistake so I returned and ordered again. But the same thing happened the second time. Very disappointing.anonymous
