THEY DONT CARE! THEY ASK OVER %26 OVER FOR PICTURES OF THE DAMAGE THEN IGNORE YOU! I'VE SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS WITH PICTURES AND NEVER GET A REPLY.

    Item arrived very timely, although the unusual Winter weather in the SE caused it to be delivered 1 day after original date specified at time of order. This was Packaged very well and arrived safely and in perfect condition

    The photo helped. the size was good for 310 cubic inches. Box was damaged, but Urn was not damaged.

    Very fast shipping a couple days. Excellent packaging with Styrofoam. Good quality sturdy construction with a lid that screws easily and fits tight. Design was excellent but not quite as great as the photo on the website. Lets talk price! 4months ago I had the misfortune to quickly need an urn for a family member. He loved pewter so we bought a basic pewter urn from the funeral home for $450.00. the same or similar one on this site is $69.00. That is why I am pre planning and bought this on for $129.00 but I'm worth it. I'm sure this one would cost over $600.00 from the funeral home. If you need an urn quickly I was surprised at how fast it was shipped. but it was in July not during the Christmas rush. I would recommend this company.

    The smaller urn for keepsake was just as beautiful as the large matching urn. Gold and white marble. Nice craftsmanship on the large and small urn! I would recommend this company very highly!

    Just look at the price local funeral homes would charge for similar products. I doubt the selection will be as good through any local funeral facility. Once again, I would recommend just ordering it yourself and save your hard earned coins.
