The kits were all organized and everything we needed was there - didn’t need anything else. I can’t tell you how much fun we had with these. I did them with my sister’s grandkids, 6 and 8, and they really had fun with it, and the results were beautiful!! I didn’t need any customer service because the product was awesome, and delivery was speedy!

I receive a small white bag with a hanging football swirl party decoration in it on 2/13/2025 from NR Tradig with two tracking no. the package only weigh approx 1 or 2 oz. upon request I will send a picture of the package and the ups driver bringing it to my door from my ring camera. you can also check Burnswick facility and see the same small package before it was delivered to me. As you can see i am not very happy. I just want what i paid for. I don't no if it the seller fault or someone took it in tranist. all I no i didn't receive it.Betty
