REPLACEMENTS If there is an issue with your order, and you would prefer a replacement instead of a refund, please contact us before submitting a return request. Once a return request has been authorized by Walmart.com we cannot send out a replacement as Walmart will automatically issue a refund 48 hours after the return shows delivered to our warehouse. To request a replacement, instead of a refund, please contact us directly. RESPONSIBILITY TO SELL MISPRICED PRODUCTS OR SERVICES: 4Wheel Online shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. 4Wheel Online shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed, and your credit/debit card charged. If your credit/debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, 4Wheel Online shall immediately issue a credit to your credit/debit card account in the amount of the charge. LISTING ERRORS: While we do our best to ensure that all listings are correct, mistakes do occur from time to time. In cases of listing errors, 4Wheel Online will provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund upon return of the item in brand new, unused, resalable condition, with all accessories, hardware, and instructions, within the original manufacturer's packaging. CHANGING YOUR ORDER: Once your order is placed, we can only make changes to it before it enters our processing system. This usually occurs within one hour of placing an order. If a change to an order is needed, please contact customer service immediately and we will try our best to accommodate your request. however, for fraud protection purposes, we cannot ship orders to any address other than the address listed on the original order. CANCELING YOUR ORDER: To ensure our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible, our automated systems process orders on a regular basis. While you may be able to cancel your order before it is released to the warehouse, we cannot guarantee cancellation requests received after an order has been processed and sent to the warehouse, regardless of whether it has tracking information. If you need to cancel your order, please submit a cancellation request directly through your order. If you do not have the option to cancel the order, contact customer service immediately and we will try our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee cancellation requests. RETURNS: Most items can be returned within thirty (30) days for a refund, but not all items are eligible for return. Most chemicals, liquids, septic tank additives, personal care items, hazmat items, cleaners, toilets, etc. are ineligible for return; all sales of these items are final! All returns must be received in brand new, unused, resalable condition, with all accessories, hardware, and instructions, in the original manufacturer’s packaging. Item which have been installed and/or used, show signs of installation, software which has been opened, toilets which have been installed, tires which have been mounted on wheels, or wheels which have had tires mounted on them, are ineligible for return. Any issues with products that have been installed and/or mounted must be handled under the terms & conditions of any manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.
