i bought 6 of these recordable books for family for Christmas. unfortunately my mom passed away before we couod do them. i returned them back to walmart and got a refund for 1 book. i have been in contact with walmart customer service, they told me to call walmart marketplace. i called them and they contacted this seller. a refund has still not been issued so now they tell me to file a dispute with my bank! i have done that, contacted endless reads and walmart numerous times with nothing being done! im out $115! endless reads literally told me there was nothing they would do!

The wrong address had been submitted, and had the seller cancelled the order I would have reordered it through them with the correct one. Unfortunately I had to go through the trouble of returning it instead, so I got my refund and bought from a different seller.Emily

She really likes the book %26 is learning to draw well. The book makes so many practical suggestions on how to draw persons and things. I like it.Marcus

- 1 out of 5 stars review1/20/2026I attempted to cancel order within 10 mins and I was ignored, Item shipped 3 days later. I requested a return authorization and I was ignored. I did receive the book in good condition but it was not the book I wanted and discovered my error immediately when the order was placed. I will probably gift it to someone someday. I gave these as a gift and then find out it was paperback not the hardback as advertised. I paid for hardback. I obviously cannot return them since they were gave as a gift. All I ask, is the seller to make it right but they refuse to. BUYER BEWARE - THIS IS NOT THE CORRECT ITEM AS LISTED.angie

These things are important to us homeschool moms in order for us to teach our next generations self love. When our own cups have been poured into, it is much easier to pour into the cups of others. Seller is advertising the books are Hardcover Books but refuse to replace the paperback books with hardcover, of course you can take them back to the store for a refund. But that is not the point. The gift was priceless and so heartwarming. We all had a good cry, with one of my daughters stating it was the best Christmas ever.jusitha703
