I believe the seller should have to be up front about their product and warranty when you buy their product…. The warranty is not stated and it also is determined by the seller so when you contact them they can make up anything… which is not fair to customers because they are selling a product stating that it last all season long but it doesn’t and then the seller tells that the warranty is only 6 months but it is not stated anywhere on the paperwork sent with the item nor on line when you order this product…

My husband and I attempted to put it together in January but noticed some of the bars were bent and one even cracked. I issued a return for a replacement on January 13th and had until February 2 to return. We had so many bad snow and ice storms that I was unable to return by the date. Well it's planting season and I remembered I need to replace the greenhouse so that I can start planting. April 6th my return was accepted but the return payment method no longer exists so I reached out to cs to have the refund sent to my Walmart balance so that I may order another Greenhouse because I am ready to start planting. Items incorrectly marked on their end, refuse to take ownership of their mistakes. Dont even believe this is a legit company honestly. Advertized as free returns but they don't. Thankful I purchased through walmart who is holding them accountable and reported them themselves. They also had no rating until I told them I was going to give them a bad rating then I see they gave themselves a five star review... the name of the reviewer says its all plus theres no comment to back up that review.disgusted
