California law states that all e-bikes sold in California must have a permanent decal showing the class of the bike (1, 2 or 3) this bike doesn’t have it. When I contacted the seller, this was their reply… Hello, I'm sorry to hear about this. We don't have labels, but our e-bikes comply with US laws.

I’ve had nothing but issues with this e-bike from the moment it arrived the “ unpuncturable” tire was flat. Had to wait two weeks before it arrived. Fast forward to 20 miles driven on this ebike later an error code 11h flashes on the control. I reach out to the seller follow their steps now the bike won’t even power on and they aren’t doing giving me the run around regarding replacing the bike even though it’s covered under their warranty . Trust me DO NOT BUY THIS E-BIKE ITS TRASH THE SELLERS ARE SCAMMERS AND WALMART ISNT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT

- 4 out of 5 stars review1/27/2026I had a couple of problems with my bike. The sleeve for the seat stem is down inside the bike frame and I can't get it out. The key for the battery would not turn in the lock, so I couldn't lock the battery in the bike. I contacted URLIFE via email and explained the situation. After several videos and shared emails, Molly at URLIFE sent me a new battery cover and that problems is solved. I give a 4 star rating because I never received a new sleeve for the seat.Larry

- 1 out of 5 stars review3/27/2026Me and my son are very disappointed, the bike didn’t last 4months got issues with the 3 colored cables (red, green and yellow) we talked to Molly the contact person and sent photos and videos and she sent us a controller. At the bike repair shop they say the controller is not the problem but replacing those male and female wires. Since February 03, we have been ignored no Miao responses and my son is just looking at his bike sadly.Brenda
