Purchased 3 of the DenTek Professional Fit Dental guard since they were marked down at the time. I'm familiar wirh this product so I know how to mold the guard. It had been a couple of months before I opened my first box, and come to find out it was defective. The mold would not melt/form after several tries. I messaged the seller and they were not helpful, just said "sorry, must have bee a bad batch". Well there is no option to return since it's through a third party. Also the packaging looked as if they were outdated.

- 1 out of 5 stars review6/8/2026I’m torn with this review. The product was awful! I tried multiple times to mold this mouthguard and the material was so hard that nothing I did helped me mold it. I tried to bit harder, leave the mold in the water for longer and leave it at a boil longer, nothing worked. The seller worked with me and gave me a refund but ultimately I would NOT recommend this product. I have purchased this same item on another website and it’s worked greatJaclyn
