I ordered the Heaven Scent by Dana for my Mom's Christmas present. I have been buying the product for my Mom since the 1960's and was so glad to find it available from UnbeatableSale.com so I could purchase and have it delivered to California. The product arrived in perfect condition and Mom was very happy.

After contacting this retailer about my discontent with the manufacture of the product I purchased through them, the customer service representative expressed that he understood he did not understand my issue and replied back to me with the same response I shared with him that the manufacturer expressed to me. I will not do business with this retailer again.

One drawback -I realize I would have liked it to be roomier (I use it for walks to the grocery store to pick up a few items.)Jaren16

It did appear a bit different than what I thought it looked like on the internet, however, I was pleased because it fit my décor perfectly. The color is a little off with the sage more like a brown and the brown more like yellow. They are a well made product, very soft and thick, so I would order from this company again.jojo
