in my buying experience this seller is selling items that are not the item in the picture that is called false advertisement and it is against the law just to everyone no false advertisement illegal

- 5 out of 5 stars review3/6/2026I don't know what else to day here. Everyone knows this series is amazing. I also want to say that the service Sophie's Movies, LLC gave me was top-notch. Disc 2 of season 4 was bad. I messaged Sophie's Movies, LLC. They sent me a replacement immediate. It is hard to get service like that these days. I really appreciate it and will use this vendor in the future. I won't hesitate to recommend them to other customers.Cody

When I received the movies, LOTR: The Fellowship of the Ring would not load. However, the other two sequels loaded without any issues. I contacted Sophie's Movies and was immediately responded to by email. I communicated with Jay. Jay was so fast in sending me another LOTR: The Fellowship of the Ring that I received it with two days. Unfortunately, that movie would not load either.
