Ordered red bottle of carpet cleaner and they did not have it and did not tell me instead they give me a cheaper bottle gray bottle with no refund for the difference. I lost 10.00 in this sale but it’s also the principal of it all. No Honesty. Won’t buy this product ever again from this seller. Be careful because there a scam.

I am disabled and to be able to order this easy and have it sent right to my home is a great and saved me more than once. Was disapointed that for the cost - it did not include the handle. To find a short or long handle to fint - was very difficult. Also the recepticale to screw a handle in - the quality had gone dow.Aloise

(why would ppl need a heater for outdoor?). when i received the item it had on the box outdoor only. I tried to return it to Walmart, but the manager said he was taking returns on heaters or propane tank i had to buy also. now I'm out $222.01 because of lies in the specifications. Instead of a box of 100 disks, what was shipped to me was one single disk. Not 100 disks, but just one, single disk. The description was (and is still at the time of this writing) very clear: it describes a quantity of 100 per one box. Online I pay around $8 for 50 of these same disks so it was a simple step to believe that the description was correct and that the price was for a quantity of 100 disks. However, according to what I understand, this is called “bait and switch” which is not considered to be legal? I’m really not happy because not only did I not receive what I ...Scott
