This product was sent to the wrong address Walmart and coretek told me to go to my neighbor house around the neighborhood to try to find it. I’ve been going back-and-forth for about a month. and they telling me there’s nothing they can do. I provide to them the information of the wrong address in the right address they still hasn’t done anything. Do not order from Walmart.

The description of the Chromebook said it was going to be new, but it was not. Also, I don't think it mentioned anything about being a touchscreen, so I wasn't expecting a touchscreen.

- 1 out of 5 stars review12/18/2021Never received a product they delivered it to California and it was made to seem like it was my fault and they wanted to give me a refund but I wanted the gift so I don't understand why they didn't compensate by giving me a credit or something so I could purchase the gift instead they wanted to charge me the full price and I bought it on Black Friday wow I think the dealer was a fried or something because when I called the number there was they would hang up on me and Walmart haven't responded back yet they threatened to make me feel uncomfortable for them shipping my product to the wrong place and wanted me to contact the seller like it was out of their hands wowyolonda
