I would have to say our "communication" was great!! Because he had it for sale, I wanted it. I read all of the reviews plus his item description, so I knew that was the one I wanted!! I have not actually used it yet but, I did take it out to my vehicle and made sure that it slid up over the oil filter housing. So, I am certain that it will remove the filter housing when it is time to change the oil in my vehicle!!

AVOID JB Tools. Not an honest sale/seller. Listing is completely misleading and JB Tools will not stand behind their ad. Photo and description show flashlight %26 2 chargers, but only a flashlight will be sent in the box. (Both chargers were removed before shipping.) JB Tools claimed it was a listing error, yet have not bothered to correct the supposed error in the listing... Don't waste your time or your money.

- 1 out of 5 stars review2/2/2026Packaging did nothing to protect it and it was smashed and the glue was leaked everywhere. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know a tube of anything shouldn't be mailed in a thin, plastic envelope. At least put it in a box... add a little stuffing to keep it safe from getting smashed. It took forever to get here. If I had known it was coming from a different country, I would have gone up the street and picked some up. Could have already had the damage repaired.Alanna

- 1 out of 5 stars review1/22/2026Incompetent seller. They sent the clearly marked wrong size. I immediately.returned the product. A month later, I still have not received a refund. They send me 2 emails a day saying the same thing: one to apologize, and the other showing the amount of the refund, which is $9 less than what I paid. Terrible service!Danielle

It would have been nice to have had a list of cars it would work on and saved me a lot of time and research before I found out it would NEVER work on mine. It was discussing. I was unsure when I ordered it whether the air pressure would be released when I released the trigger. There were no directions with the gun so I had to test it to find out how it actually functioned. Still a very useful tool for those of us who's hand gets tired in using a standard caulking gun.Lyle

I didn’t want to go to the trouble to return it, so I tried to use it, but it is so sticky and dried up that it is unusable.
