Told me that they started the process for the vendor to ship the 2nd product and I would hear something within 24 hours. It has been 5 days and have still not heard anything.Shannon

Please credit my account as I cannot get through to anyone from the websites. It was part of order 3091956264930. I tried calling and was disconnected upon transfer twice. Hopefully someone will read this and try to help the customer. I want the bulbs so either resend them or credit my account. Thanks LindaLindy

When I emailed them through Walmart.com I was told by Walmart.com that I would receive a contact email within 24 hours...... it's now been a week and nothing. Do not order from this third party seller.jb

I truly wanted to give "zero" star review for this purchase experience with this MegaOffers! I am very disappointed! Their customer service is the worst...they don't reply to messages and they don't have phone number to speak with them. I don't recommend this place to any one. Stay away from them!Amany
