Not sure what is the issue. But it make my hair stiffer and feels yucky and not soft like my bottle I had before this order.

- 3 out of 5 stars review10/25/2023The box came all messed up because using folders to delivery an action figure is not optimal care, I would recommend using a box for further deliveries to prevent future events like this from happening and taking in consideration that a retail store gives discounts for damage packages it’s not right having to pay full retail price for a item that lost value due to poor packagingLuis
