Seller is of fraudulent activity. Seller has been reported. Following email for the past two months with seller in summary of issue with being charged for a second controller that was never shipped bu the seller. "I am not disputing the delivery of the PS5 console. That package was delivered and documented.
The issue is the second controller, which you stated was shipped separately. To date: I was never provided a tracking number for the second controller I never received the package No proof of delivery has been shared with me for this alleged shipment Simply stating that FedEx “confirmed delivery” is not sufficient without documentation. The PS5 even included a bonus game installed/downloaded that wasn't in the item description. The seller had good communication throughout the process. Despite 2 separate cases of going through customer service and them assuring me that it was on the way, I still haven’t seen it or gotten word that it has shipped.Tommy

I found out my son’s boot camp date was pushed back until after Christmas and needed a last minute gift so I purchased this quickly and without much thought. He informed me he wanted a different item the same day and I attempted to cancel the order that same day. It said it had already shipped and wouldn’t allow me to cancel. Once it arrived I took it to Walmart. Walmart refused the return because it is a 3rd party seller. They asked me to communicate directly with the seller for the return. After multiple conversations with the seller he refused to help with the return and continually pushed me back to Walmart. When at a Walmart employee printed a label said I needed to go to FedEx. It was a Sunday evening and they were closed. Reached out to seller Monday morning, asking if I can still use this label to ship through FedEx. Responded back said no longer can return missed deadline. I explained that I went to the Walmart and they said that they could not refund it there that I needed to ship it back. That is not what the directions have. I had to sign for my package seller did not mention anything regarding that and you can imagine what happened next. Gave me nothing but a hard time complete garbage. I will never order anything from this seller nor do I recommend anyone to buy anything from this seller. You should be ashamed of yourself.Gary

It has worked really well and a month later still working well. Controls are also really smooth which was appreciated. I would recommend this seller.Alexis
