The item looked nothing like the photo I ordered from. The one I ordered completely coveted the Hose reel, the one that was sent showed Most of it exposed. I took it back in it’s original Packing to Walmart returns. Why is my refund taking so long?

- 1 out of 5 stars review1/21/2026The container arrived with the LID OFF! Looks like whoever packed it deliberately tucked it net to the jug sideways so that it would fit in the small box. Salt crystals were everywhere, sticking to the cardboard and the jug. Made a huge mess in and out of the box when I opened it. I closed the box again and there it will stay until trash day. I ordered through Walmart and they are giving me a refund.Janet

I CAN ONLY REVIEW PRODUCT It worked one week. My husband only does small soldering jobs and found an electric one at Harbour Freight It works alot better and was only $2.99. on sale through 12/26/25Lita
