This TV is absolutely everything the hype is about!!! I specifically got this so I could admire the “Art” mode and its truly been a great thing to had to my morning medication as i drink coffee and think about my life each morning. The entire set up of this device is truly wonderful. Next I’ll be buying the wooden frame that clicks around the tv to make it look like a real portrait from far away.

Shipping was unreliable and took much longer than quoted. Had to reschedule installer multiple (3 ) times because shipping kept getting delayed and was always "ETA tomorrow." I had to change my schedule multiple times to be home since it required a signature. Would not buy from again.

- 4 out of 5 stars review1/28/2026Tv arrived fast in one piece, no damage, box in good shape, looks new, this was a renewed item , only missing the screen plastic protector, email support was quick, I could get a reply with in 24 hours, I wrote inquiring about the 2 year extra warranty, all I got was a run around, first it was Walmart responsibility, so I went there only to be told it was beach I needed to talk to then beach, Ms Gail wanted a tracking number, then a copy of receipt, , she told me the warranty card should be in the box, nope no card, so fingers crossed, I’m still on the 90 day return and so far everything works as new, the google tv is much quicker than the old TCL roku, tv turns on within a couple seconds, I’m getting results with the ATSC 3.0 tuner,dennis

I was able to trace the package from origin to delivery through the Walmart website and link to FedEx. I would recommend buying a television through this seller and Walmart website.Michael

ANYBODY could have come by and snatched it up. I was not very happy so chances are I will never buy anything online from Walmart again.Judy

They were tiny and I could not enlarge them so I need a magnifying glass to decipher them. I do not recommend this product for that reason.Elise

The seller advertises (trying to sell) the same item with added accessories that are never shipped. I tried to solve the case for over a month and the seller was just stalling. Disgusting!Andre
- 1 out of 5 stars review3/8/2026Since you are the seller. I ordered a 24 inch Desk Top Monitor from you. Somehow the settins are all of really bad. I have ask for a refund or even an exchange an d have had no luck with either. I love the monitor and do not want another on, I just want this one fixed if you could me and talk me through the settings I will be so happy. It wqas rather expensive, I paid $153.70 and it was all messed up when I took it out od the box. I have used HP products for close to 20 years now. Please help me with this mater. Sorry, but as of now I can only give you 1 srat always in the past I was giving 5 stars.Carolyn
- 1 out of 5 stars review3/8/2026I paid for a brand new TV. It’s located at the second home. I sat down and turned it on for the first time. Picture is horrible. I have tried to adjust the bright red tint- no manual included. I looked up my order from Walmart and click on the order and it now says it was a refurbished TV. I DID NOT pay for a refurbished TV. This is a bait and switch. Some body better handle this or this is gonna get ugly-Lori

I didn’t get my parcel until 7pm and that is after I had to call to ask if I’d receive it today which I was told I wouldn’t until same time tomorrow. Very confusingAlvaro
