I like this product. Brite-Dobie it works wonderfully for me. It’s easy to use and not bulky like some sponges. My dishes clean fast. Our countertops and table is easy to clean with this product.

Buyer beware. Ordered an Allied heated hose but seller sent a Camco hose that doesn't match in any way shape or form. Now I see in other reviews they have a history of doing this. Their phone number goes straight to voicemail. When using "contact seller" and explaining the problem, all they did was give instructions for RMA return. They don't even acknowledge my question on the screwup or request to get the correct part. Save your money, shop elsewhere.

Either way, I'd have really appreciated more information on it's "bean load" grinding capacity so I would have received a product that had the capacity that I needed size/capacity wise.Kahleen

Now need to order another part to attach to it as my old one -- which had the threads rusted off the piece that goes into the wall. If this one also gets left at our post office, It will be another 2-3 wks before we get to have the use of our only bathroom sink again. Packaging was fine, product arrived in perfect condition.Stephanie

They sent me one bottle and refused to honor the advertisement and the purchase. They did refund my money, but that is not what I asked for. I just asked them to honor what they advertised and finish, sending me my product. They refuse.Donnie
- 4 out of 5 stars review3/24/2026Seller's communication was good. Shipping was a bit of a problem. I asked for it to be delivered after a certain date, but it arrived before then. Ordinarily that would have been a really nice thing to have happen as it arrived in time for Christmas. But, I asked to have it delivered later as the person was not home. Luckily, it was communicated to me that the item had been delivered. A neighbor was able to pick up and store the item until the person got home. The bench is great. It is as the seller promoted. It has worked well for various projects. There is no hesitation with recommending others to buy this item and I may buy it for others in the future.Sherri
